We are commissioning specialized offshore service providers to support the subsea cable laying operations for a new offshore energy development in the Arabian Gulf. This project is critical to establishing a high-capacity power transmission line that connects offshore platforms with mainland infrastructure.The scope of work includes:

• Providing ROV and diver support for precise subsea cable placement.
• Conducting pre-lay surveys of the seabed using sonar and geophysical mapping tools.
• Assisting in cable burial operations to secure cables against shifting sediments and marine activity.
• Performing stability checks post-installation to ensure cable integrity.
• Coordinating with engineering teams and surface vessels for synchronized deployment.
• Delivering as-built documentation, including video evidence, seabed profiles, and GIS datasets.

Due to the complexity of this project, multiple providers (up to 8) will be engaged. Teams will be divided into survey specialists, ROV pilots, cable-laying engineers, diving teams, and offshore safety coordinators. Providers must demonstrate prior experience with subsea cable projects and have a proven track record in offshore construction operations valued at over $500,000.Deliverables must include:

• A comprehensive survey report with seabed conditions and risk assessments.
• HD video and photographic records of installation.
• A final as-built cable map with GIS integration.
• Recommendations for long-term monitoring and maintenance.

Environmental and safety compliance is essential.
