We are seeking experienced marine tourism and submersible operation specialists to deliver a series of luxury submarine expeditions in the Caribbean Sea, centered around Cozumel. This project is designed to offer exclusive, high-end underwater exploration experiences to small groups of passengers aboard private submarines, with a focus on safety, comfort, and world-class service.The scope of work includes:

• Operating luxury-class manned submarines capable of reaching depths of up to 300 meters, offering guests panoramic views of coral reefs, shipwrecks, and marine life.
• Designing tailored expedition itineraries that include both natural sites (reefs, deep walls, and caves) and historic wrecks.
• Providing onboard hospitality and interpretation services, ensuring guests enjoy both a comfortable and educational experience.
• Coordinating safety divers, support vessels, and crew for seamless logistics.
• Implementing comprehensive safety protocols, including emergency drills, communication systems, and life-support monitoring.
• Delivering professional photography and video packages to guests as part of the expedition.

This project requires a team of 6 providers, including submersible pilots, expedition coordinators, guest service staff, safety divers, and technical support engineers. Providers must demonstrate proven experience in passenger submersible operations and hospitality-level service delivery.Deliverables must include:

• A complete expedition operations plan covering safety, logistics, and guest services.
• Regular logs of expeditions conducted, including passenger details, routes, and environmental notes.
• A final project report with recommendations for scaling and enhancing luxury underwater experiences in the region.
