Q: Who can use Nautrex?
A: Nautrex is built for both buyers (shipowners, oil & gas firms, research teams, tourism operators, governments) and providers (divers, ROV operators, marine contractors, rental companies).
Q: Is there a cost to join?
A: Creating an account is free. Nautrex earns a small commission (2–3%) only when a project is successfully completed.

Q: How do I post a project?
A: Simply click “Post a Project”, select your service category and location, describe the work, and set your budget/timeline. Providers will then submit bids or proposals.
Q: How do I choose the right provider?
A: Review profiles, ratings, certifications, portfolios, and compare bids. You can also communicate securely through the Nautrex messaging system before making a decision.
Q: How are payments handled?
A: Payments are secured through escrow. You fund the project upfront, but funds are only released when milestones are completed to your satisfaction.
Q: What if the project doesn’t go as planned?
A: Nautrex offers a dispute resolution process to mediate fairly between buyers and providers.

Q: How do I list my services?
A: Create a provider profile, upload certifications and past work, and list your categories of expertise.
Q: How do I bid on projects?
A: Browse available projects, then submit a proposal with your price, timeline, and approach. Buyers can review and accept your bid.
Q: Are there fees for providers?
A: No upfront fees. Nautrex charges a small commission only when you successfully complete a project.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: Once the buyer approves completed milestones, escrow funds are released directly to your linked payment method.

Q: Are providers verified?
A: Yes. Providers may undergo verification of licenses, certifications, and company details to ensure authenticity.
Q: How are payments protected?
A: All payments go through escrow. Providers are guaranteed payment, and buyers are guaranteed delivery before release.
Q: What if I have a dispute?
A: You can file a dispute through Nautrex. Our team reviews communication and project terms to mediate a fair outcome.

Q: What payment methods do you support?
A: Nautrex works with trusted third-party processors (credit card, bank transfer, PayPal/Stripe).
Q: Does Nautrex charge commission?
A: Yes, 2–3% commission on successful deals. This keeps the platform sustainable and safe for everyone.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds may be issued if a project is canceled before work begins, or through dispute resolution in case of non-performance.

Q: Can I contact a buyer/provider directly?
A: To ensure safety, all communication must stay on-platform until the project is confirmed. Direct contact info is released only when safe.
Q: Can I take projects outside Nautrex?
A: No. Off-platform deals are not allowed as they bypass escrow protection and compromise trust. Accounts may be suspended for violations.
Q: How do reviews work?
A: After each project, both sides leave ratings and feedback. This builds trust and helps the community choose reliable partners.

A: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your credentials.
Q: How do I update my profile?
